This 1840’s farm house and three acres of land sits in the historic village of Newfane, Vermont. I have had an organic garden here for over twenty years, and all guests are treated to fruits and vegetables that the groundhog has not eaten. Wake up to the morning sun, with a cup of coffee and fresh picked berries in the summer, and warm muffins coming out of the oven.

You can walk to the village, a five minute stroll, to see the Windham County Courthouse, Newfane Cafe & Creamery, The Moore Free Library, The Newfane Market, The Union Hall, and The Newfane Congregational Church. The Newfane Village Historic District was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1983, and it included over 60 buildings, including Winter Hill Farm.

The farmhouse has two bedrooms for the BnB, and two full baths. There is one Chocolate Labrador Retriever, silver in color, named Mizz Skye Twilight in residence and a Siamese kitten, Belle. There are many walks around the village, that Skye will willingly show you, if you are so inclined.

Come and stay as a Bed and Breakfast patron, or an Artist in Residence. Sign up to take bookbinding classes in the bindery, if you so desire.

B&B by appointment . . . or through airbnb.

Phone or email for pricing and availability.

Please contact Patty (aka “Eloise Twilight”) to register for workshops:
